This is your 30 seconds of fame!
Introduce yourself and your organization in a brief 30-second introduction during this popular session sponsored by Agile Education Marketing and EdNET Insight. Representatives of each organization are invited to line up alphabetically by company name to present a brief 30-second introduction to the audience in this unique opening session. Express your specific objectives, identify those you want to meet, or share a brief description about you and/or your organization. You only have 30 seconds, so prepare in advance and use your time wisely!
This year you can post your statement (50 words or less) or link to a virtual intro for added visibility in the EdNET Networking Directory!
Literature and Shipping
Attendees are welcome to display literature of their organization or products for distribution to the other conference participants. This Literature Area is provided in the Attendee Networking Area for your materials to be displayed and picked up by attendees throughout the conference.
Place your materials (no more than 100 sets should suffice) starting Sunday afternoon when registration opens. If shipping to the hotel, address your packages to:
1717 N Akard Street
Dallas, TX 75201
HOLD FOR (GUEST NAME)
For those of you who are shipping materials, we suggest that you ship through a carrier that is able to track your shipment. Packages can be picked up in the hotel’s business center. You may also utilize their services for any return shipping or other services they offer. EdNET will provide space for display of these materials but is NOT responsible for them and is NOT responsible for tracking their delivery to or their location within the hotel. Please bring with you or arrange to have them shipped to YOUR ATTENTION as a guest and bring them to the registration area for display.
Sponsors planning to exhibit at the Business Opportunities Fair should ship the above-described product literature separately from exhibit boxes—exhibitors should follow the specific information for shipping their materials as noted on the Sponsor Resources page.
Mark Your Calendar
Be sure to review the full conference program and note sessions and activities you won’t want to miss! Registration for EdNET opens at 2:00 pm on Sunday and is followed by the valuable networking activities to kick off EdNET 2016.
