Veteran Teacher and District Digital Learning Coordinator, Cobb County School District
Nadia Williams is an 11-year veteran educator who has worked as an English Language Arts teacher to students of all levels, from Special Education Inclusion classes to Advanced Content and Gifted Language Arts to 7th and 8th grade students. She currently works as the Digital Learning Coordinator for the Cobb County School District, near Atlanta, Georgia, where she supports district leaders as well as teachers and schools to help their dream lessons come true. It is a multi-faceted role that is ever-evolving and brings new adventures on a daily basis. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching for Secondary English Education, as well as an Educational Specialist in Instructional Technology, all from Kennesaw State University. She is an avid lifelong learner who speaks French and some conversational Spanish. She is currently experimenting with 360-degree video as well as the uses of AR and VR in the realms of professional development, education, and just for fun.
